Angry Birds speaker dock art direction

Angry Birds is a 2009 smartphone puzzle game developed by Finnish video game developer Rovio Entertainment. GEAR4 had the official license to design and manufacture Angry Birds speaker docks and other products. They needed accompanying marketing image assets for their retailers and distributors as well as themselves.

I presented two concepts, developed the selected route, created artwork for the sets from supplied Rovio game assets, organised print and delivery, built the sets with the photographer's model maker, and art directed the shoot.

They were so well received that I was asked to create a series of advert concepts. These were used across a range of media and distributed globally to GEAR4 retailers.
